Our office is open every weekend during regular
operating hours. We are also open Monday, Tuesday, and
Friday for Vendors to restock and to rent booths. We open from 9 am until 5 pm. We close for lunch from noon
until 1 pm on weekdays.

Cooks Flea Market is open every Saturday 8 to 5 and every Sunday 9 to 5.
The only weekend day we are closed is if Christmas Day falls on either Saturday
or Sunday. Our spaces are 12 x 12 and cost $44.00 a weekend. Our
building is heated and air-conditioned and has a security system installed.
You are welcome to bring everything you need to set up in the market, but, if
you need to rent a table they are $2.00 per day. Power is an additional
charge of $2.00 per day, per outlet, not to exceed 300 watts each outlet.
Any food or drink item must be approved before you may sell them. If the
items are for food to be consumed on the premises there is a vending fee of
$10.00 per weekend
